On September 19, 2026, the GMORS Group celebrated the 40th anniversary of its founding. The "GMORS Group 40th Anniversary Celebration" was held at the plaza of GMORS No. 2 Factory at Changbin Industrial Zone, hosting 278 banquet tables. Domestic and overseas clients, business partners, suppliers, distinguished guests, colleagues, and their families gathered together to witness this significant corporate milestone.

Since its establishment in 1986, GMORS has embarked on its journey from Taiwan with quality and professionalism at its core, continuously dedicating itself to the sealing industry, advancing technical expertise, and expanding its global presence. Four decades of growth embody the trust and support of partners across various industries, along with the dedicated efforts of generations of colleagues.

The celebration commenced with a breathtaking opening performance, “Engulfing the World” by Chio-Tian Folk Drums & Arts Troupe, whose resounding drumbeats set an invigorating and magnificent tone for the 40th anniversary celebration.

During the ceremony, the GMORS 40th Anniversary Commemorative Video premiered, revisiting the company's remarkable journey from its founding and expansion to establishing a global footprint. The video showcased four decades of continuous accumulation in quality, technology, talent, and market development, while extending heartfelt gratitude to every partner who has accompanied GMORS along the way.

During the ceremony, Chairman Mr. Henry Nien, Vice Chairman Mr. Adward Nien, Changhua County Magistrate Ms.王惠美, and General Manager Mr. Paul Nien delivered speeches. Covering the company’s 40-year development, generational succession, global layout, and future prospects, they joined the distinguished guests in reflecting on GMORS's vital milestones and unveiling the blueprint for the next phase of growth.

Reflecting on the 40-year development of GMORS, Chairman Mr. Henry Nien first conveyed his sincere gratitude to clients, suppliers, business partners, all colleagues, and their families. He stated that GMORS's ability to thrive through four decades is not the work of a single individual, but the collective support and dedication of countless people who together built the GMORS of today.

From the early days of OEM contract manufacturing with just a single machine to today’s global enterprise operating over 400 production facilities and establishing manufacturing hubs domestically and abroad, GMORS has maintained forward-looking planning at every stage. Even when market demands and order volumes were filled with uncertainty, the company chose to prepare proactively for the next level. It is this long-term foundation that has enabled GMORS to step onto the global stage and earn international recognition.

Standing at this vital 40-year juncture, the Chairman specifically addressed generational succession. As the new management team gradually assumes greater responsibility, he envisions transitioning from leading the frontline to providing strong backing for the next generation, ensuring that accumulated expertise and corporate values are preserved and carried forward.

Looking ahead to the next five years, the Chairman expressed utmost confidence in the strategic direction and ambition of the new generation. He looks forward to the continued support of all clients, suppliers, partners, and colleagues as GMORS strides hand in hand into the next 40 years.

Vice Chairman Mr. Adward Nien: A Company's Most Valuable Asset Has Always Been Its People

"Today, we are not only celebrating the 40th anniversary of GMORS, but also expressing our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made these 40 years possible."

Vice Chairman Mr. Adward Nien noted that for an enterprise to endure for 40 years requires far more than one individual or one generation; it is built through step-by-step collaboration and long-term dedication across generations.

He thanked clients for their steadfast support over the years. Their trust, choice, and ongoing high standards and challenges have continuously driven the company forward. He also thanked long-standing suppliers and global partners who have enabled GMORS to venture outward from Taiwan and steadily expand into global markets.

Expressing deep appreciation to all employees and their families, he highlighted that many colleagues have dedicated the most vital years of their lives to GMORS. The daily efforts of individuals across different departments and roles have collectively created the company's success today. Meanwhile, the understanding and support of their families remain a vital source of strength for the enterprise's steady growth.

The Vice Chairman emphasized that while corporate growth can be measured by revenue, facilities, equipment, and global locations, the truly precious asset is always "people." What GMORS aspires to pass on to the next generation is not merely the scale built over 40 years, but also a relentless pursuit of quality, a commitment to customers, and a culture of mutual trust and collaboration.

General Manager Mr. Paul Nien: Relentlessly Elevating Quality to Embrace Next-Stage Challenges

"What clients recognize us for is our quality. Facing more challenging industries, we must make our quality even better."

General Manager Mr. Paul Nien reflected on his personal journey of growing up alongside GMORS. Being close in age to the company, he was immersed in the sealing industry environment from childhood—from assisting with packaging and logistics to now undertaking executive management responsibilities. The sealing industry has been an integral part of his life.

Standing at this 40-year milestone, he highlighted the company’s four most essential stakeholder groups: employees, shareholders, customers, and suppliers. These enduring and dependable relationships together form the crucial driving force behind GMORS’s sustained development.

Looking ahead toward our 50th, 60th, and long-term milestones, the General Manager highlighted continuous quality enhancement as a paramount objective. As GMORS enters higher-demand industries and specialized application markets, customer expectations for quality and reliability continue to rise. The company must persistently challenge itself with higher standards to further reinforce product excellence and corporate competitiveness.

He encouraged the management team and all colleagues to build upon the four-decade foundation, continually elevating quality and overall capabilities to tackle future market challenges with solid strength, laying a sturdy foundation for the company's next milestones.

Changhua County Magistrate Ms.王惠美: Rooted in Taiwan, Expanding Globally, and Growing Through Innovation

Changhua County Magistrate Ms.王惠美 graced the celebration, extending her warm congratulations on GMORS's 40th anniversary and commending the enterprise's long-term dedication to deep roots in Changhua and robust growth.

In her address, she noted that over the years, GMORS has continuously invested in quality improvement, material science, and product innovation, expanding into diverse applications alongside industrial evolutions. Furthermore, through strategic production footprints in Taiwan and overseas, GMORS has strengthened its resilience in navigating shifts in global markets and supply chains.

Looking toward the next phase, she commended GMORS for its ongoing investments in digital transformation, smart manufacturing, carbon reduction, and advanced material technologies, using Taiwan as a strong foundation to proactively expand across global markets.

Amid a grand countdown by the entire audience, the six board members simultaneously unveiled six themed banners symbolizing the 40-year journey and future vision of GMORS. The six slogans collectively encapsulate the core spirit of GMORS over the past four decades:

Renowned singer YoYo Chiao delivered a wonderful vocal performance, while the Oh Hi Yo Dance Group energized the stage with dynamic dance routines and cheerleading performances, offering diverse entertainment styles to the audience.

From the inspiring opening to the lively performances, this 40th-anniversary celebration brought together remembrance, gratitude, and future aspirations, leaving precious and unforgettable memories for everyone in the GMORS family.
